Edmund G. Hohmann, D.D.S.

Practicing in Wallingford Connecticut since 1986, Dr. Hohmann is a Board Certified specialist in Endodontics. He received a Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude,  in Chemistry from Adelphi University, and was commissioned as a Signal Corp Officer through St. John’s University Reserve Officers Training Corp (ROTC) program.  Dr. Hohmann then attended the University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine, where he received his DDS degree prior to continuing his service in the United States Army.  It was during his three-year service as a general dentist at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, that he became interested in Endodontics, and decided to continue his education as a resident in the endodontic program at the University of Connecticut, where he was named chief resident in his final year.  In addition to starting his own endodontic practice, Dr. Hohmann continued his involvement in academia as a part-time associate clinical professor at UCONN.
Dr. Hohmann is a member of numerous professional organizations, which include local, state and national dental associations.  He is also an active participant in a national study group consisting of board certified endodontists from across the U.S.

When not treating patients, Dr. Hohmann enjoys spending quality time with his family, watching his three children play sports, or spending time together on the ski slopes.  He also enjoys working with his hands on projects involving carpentry, copper work, and model railroad building.
